1.       Drink Mainly Water
Drinking much water is a requisite if you must burn your calories. Why? For two reasons;
o   Because the process of burning calories require a lot of water in order to function effectively; On the other hand, loss of water can slow down the fat-burning process.
o   When you eat a meal and drink much water, in no distant time, you feel full sooner and therefore you are less satisfied and as such you reduce the quantity of food you eat per day. In short, study reveals that a diet containing 55% of carbohydrate gotten from a variety of food sources is the ideal diet for FAT LOSS. Why So? Because excess carbohydrate is not efficiently stored as body fat instead they tend to be oxidized leading to indirect fat accumulation through the breakdown of adipose fat.

3.       Eating At Night Helps You Lose More Fat.
YES. When you eat light food during the day and save your biggest meal (starchy carbohydrate foods) for night, you burn off more fat.

4.       Physical Activity/Workout
This is the easiest and fastest way to burn your calories and lose weight quickly. If you can maintain your workout regularly, it will greatly reduce your weight loss regardless of the composition of your diet.
